What do you need to know
about Heart and Scroll?

• We were formed in 1981, one of the earliest chapters in RWA.
• We meet in the Bloomington-Normal area of Central Illinois on a monthly basis.
• We are a small chapter, with less than 20 members!
• We have many published authors, as well as authors on the brink of publication.
• We run an annual contest called Magic Moments, for unpublished authors. 
• Our dues are a mere $20 a year (one of the best deals for chapter dues around)!
• New members are always welcome!
